Family-Friendly Events at Pyramid Hill this Spring

Updated: Mar 27

Pyramid Hill is thrilled to present a diverse array of workshops, outdoor events, and creative experiences hosted at the Park this spring. From stargazing with a renowned astronomer, to family-friendly art workshops, and adult nature activities, there’s something for everyone at Pyramid Hill this season. All programs will be held at the Park's scenic grounds, offering participants the opportunity to engage with art and nature in a new way.

The Park recently added Stephen Smith, Associate Director of Education and Programming, to the Leadership Team. Smith adds a wealth of experience and is excited to bring his skills, creativity, and passion for the arts and education to the Pyramid Hill team. Stephen has been heavily active in the arts and education in the City of Hamilton since moving to the city in 2006. He has most recently been the lead at InsideOut Studio, a vocational art program for adults with disabilities since 2012. In 2020, Stephen led the way to create Inspiration Studios, a nonprofit organization that would carry the mission of InsideOut Studio and additional programming for adults with disabilities throughout Butler County into the future. Prior to his time at InsideOut Studio, Stephen taught community art classes and was a high school art teacher at Winton Woods City Schools in Cincinnati from 2003 to 2011. Stephen has designed three murals that are currently in the City of Hamilton. He also produces stylized paintings that have an abstract and whimsical representation of the architecture and landscape. His paintings and prints are part of several private and public collections in the area. Stephen has shown his personal works at art fairs and galleries throughout Southwest Ohio. He and his wife, Jenn Acus Smith, were recognized by the City of Hamilton as the Volunteers of the Year in 2016. Stephen holds an MA in Art Education, a BFA in Painting and a BA in Art Education from Miami University, Oxford, OH. He and his wife, Jenn Acus-Smith, live in Hamilton, OH with their son.

We are thrilled that Stephen has joined the Leadership Team at the Park. Under his leadership we are looking forward to welcoming our community for art and nature inspired activities at the Park this spring.” says Sarah Templeton Wilson, Executive Director of Pyramid Hill. “Spring is a rejuvenating time to visit the Park, and with family-friendly events happening throughout the season, visitors can look forward to fun and unique experiences.”

I totally agree that spring family events like this are a perfect way to reconnect and enjoy the outdoors. Pyramid Hill sounds amazing with its art and activities – definitely a spot both kids and adults would enjoy. Thanks for bringing it up!As for online platforms, if you're looking for something reliable and packed with options, I’d recommend checking out Mostbet BD 1 Registration — it’s a mirrored version of the main Mostbet site, which means you can still access all the games and betting options even if the original site is blocked in your region. It’s really convenient and has everything from sports betting to casino games, so it’s worth a try if you're exploring different platforms.

Very interesting topic! Family events in the spring are a great opportunity to spend time together in nature, especially in such a beautiful place as Pyramid Hill. Art installations, excursions and workshops sound really exciting. I think children and adults will find it interesting. By the way, a little off topic, but I wanted to ask - does anyone know of any good online betting and casino platforms? I would be grateful for recommendations!
