Find a wide variety of programming inspired by art and nature hosted throughout the year. From family-friendly activities to workshops for adults, there is something for everyone at Pyramid Hill.

Founder's Weekend
Saturday, March 8 and Sunday, March 9
In honor of Pyramid Hill's founder, Harry T. Wilks, guests can enjoy free admission to the park for the whole weekend!

Sunday, March 9 programming:

11AM | Myth & Storytelling in Antiquity Tour

Step into the world of mythology and storytelling with Dr. Steven Tuck of Miami University! This guided tour will reveal the fascinating myths and legends behind select antiquities in the Pyramid House collection.

12PM – 5PM | Gallery Museum reopens with Kim Radochia’ Botanical Fantastical Exhibition

Be among the first to explore the Gallery Museum’s reopening with an inspiring exhibition by Kim Radochia. Her work is a meditation on movement in nature—from the dance of smoke to the undulation of water—Radochia explores the study of  ‘li’, an ancient Chinese practice of gathering and organizing the extraordinary patterns found in nature on every scale.

12PM – 3PM | Family-friendly craft

Let the park’s art and nature inspire a painting on your very own miniature terracotta plant pot. Participants will take home their pot and zinnia flower seeds.

1PM | Decorating in Antiquity

Walk through history with Dr. Tuck as you discover how Harry T. Wilks blended modern amenities with ancient relics in the unique design of the Pyramid House in 1992. Learn how these same artifacts would have adorned homes in antiquity, bridging the past and present through design.
